The purchase and sale of these products shall be governed by the following general contracting conditions, which the purchaser accepts when buying any product from THE WEBSITE by following the purchase procedure. These general conditions of purchase are in force for all the products offered on THE WEBSITE, and may be modified without prior notice, and the changes will not affect purchases already made. The purchase of the products offered on THE WEBSITE is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping basket, once the selection has been completed, the purchase will continue, proceeding to the completion of the personal data for the issuance of the invoice, the method of payment and the shipping details of the products. The purchase formalisation document will be stored on the website for consultation by the purchaser.
During the purchase process, the purchaser may modify the selected products, the number of products, the personal data filled in, the method of payment and the place of shipment by going back through the purchase procedure on the website before the final acceptance of the purchase.
Once the purchase has been made, it will be confirmed by sending an e-mail, within a maximum period of 24 hours, to the address indicated by the purchaser, confirming the products purchased, the costs, taxes and delivery charges, the method of payment and the place of delivery.

The products purchased will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days for national orders and the rest within 5-6 working days (shipment by GLS) for the rest (by GLS for international shipments, Tourline for the Balearic Islands and Correos for the Canary Islands) from the confirmation of the order.
If the purchased product is not available, the buyer will be notified so that he/she can choose another product with the same characteristics and price, or cancel the purchase, paying the amounts that have been paid within a maximum period of 30 days.
The prices of the products offered on the WEBSITE are indicated in euros (€) and pounds (£), including Value Added Tax (VAT), in force at the time of purchase. Marino, Vatican City, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Norway and Serbia are exempt from VAT.

In the case of payments by bank transfer, the delivery period will not begin to run until we receive the report of the transfer made.
The buyer will have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to return the product free of charge. The product will be returned as long as it is still in its original packaging, by collecting it from your home; after verifying all the details, we will send a carrier to collect your package within 24 hours (whenever possible). The carrier will contact you to arrange collection. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the proposed date, please contact them to change it.
