Inés Rosales was born in Sevilla. In 1910 resurrected her family´s cherished Olive Oil Torta recipe and call them by her name.

TORTAS BECAME FAMOUS

They soon became a staple in households across Andalusia. She rented the oven at the town bakery and employed local widowed women to help make and sell the Olive Oil Tortas.
