INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Camembert cheese.
- 1 sprig of rosemary.
- Assorted red fruits.
- 2 tsp. honey.
- Black and red pepper.
- 3 Ines Rosales Rosemary & Thyme Olive Oil Tortas.
PREPARATION:
Remove the plastic from the cheese and place it back in its little wooden box.
With a sharp knife, make some cuts on the cheese drawing squares.
Sprinkle the cheese with a teaspoon of honey and place a sprig of rosemary on top.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 160º.
Before serving the cheese, add pepper to taste, as well as the red fruits and a pinch more honey if desired.
Serve with Ines Rosales thyme and rosemary Tortas.
