Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
- ½ c of sour cream
- 1 c sharp cheddar, shredded
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- ½ c walnuts, chopped
- ½ c peanuts, chopped
- ½ c dried cranberries, chopped
- Fresh chives, chopped
- Ines Rosales Original Tortas, for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, & black pepper. Mix to combine.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix until just incorporated. Form mixture into a ball. Place in bowl & cover. Chill in fridge for 1 hour.
While mixture is chilling, combine the nuts, dried cranberries, and chives.
After the cheeseball has chilled, roll it in the nut/fruit mixture until coated on all sides.
Serve with Inés Rosales Original Olive Oil Tortas.
*Note: You can sub walnuts & peanuts with any nut you’d prefer.
