INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cakes of thyme and rosemary Inés Rosales
- 1 roll of goat cheese without skin
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Fresh parsley
- A drizzle of oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
PREPARATION:
Cut the tomatoes in half, water them with a drizzle of olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
Bake at 180º for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the goat cheese in a large bowl and break it up using a fork.
Divide the cheese between the two Inés Rosales thyme and rosemary cakes, spreading it well.
Distribute the tomatoes on top of the cakes and add black pepper on top.
Garnish with a few leaves of fresh parsley.
