The Inés Rosales Original Olive Oil Torta has been made using the same family recipe since the founding of the company by Inés Rosales Cabello in 1910. The formula was rescued by Inés Rosales Cabello from the family legacy. Each one continues to be made by hand, giving rise to a light, crunchy and flaky texture that is truly unique. With a dash of aniseed and sesame seeds, their unmistakable flavour will transport you to bygone times. A true treat for the senses, they are ideal for all occasions. Made by hand, one by one, our Olive Oil Tortas contain only natural Mediterranean ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil. Each torta is unique and one of a kind, carefully crafted by our team of artisans before being baked.
